FG Orders Banks To Open From Monday

National Government, Wednesday said banks in Lagos, Ogun and Abuja will start tasks from Monday fourth of May, 2020.

Uncovering this, the National Coordinator of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19, Dr Sani Aliyu, gave conditions and preventive measures to stem the spread of covid-19.

He said banks would be permitted to open somewhere in the range of 8am and 2pm in the three spots.

His words, “as far as the banks, this keeps on being a repetitive issue for us all. We have been in contact with the CBN representative.

“Proceeding onward from Monday, banks will open and they will work typical administrations from 8am to 2pm. That is six hours however there will be the typical limitations.

For example, self-separating and the utilization of temperature screens, hand cleanliness, and ensuring the limits of banking lobbies are confined with the goal that individuals don’t meet up.”

  2. This is okay from the FG has what they are trying to do is open at least 50% of the economy. It’s not that everything is gonna be open by May 4. Because Nigerian economy as a whole is derailed at the moment

Thank God, at least this will ease the entrance being crowdy… imagine going to the bank and using up to four hours only to queue. at least if u can do some chores I will be sleeping instead of spending fours hours standing in the scorching sun…. very hot … thanx to FG AND TMC for the informations
